Civic Medal 2nd class

The Civic Medal, Second Class, is an official Belgian award presented in recognition of distinguished civic service. The large model in solid fine silver (.999) is a prestigious version, crafted from precious metal and faithfully following the official specifications.

The medal is shaped as a four-armed cross with broad ends, adorned with delicate engraved decoration. The central medallion shows the monogram “L” (Leopold II) in silver relief. The medal is suspended from a solid silver loop and attached to a moiré ribbon in red with black stripes, the traditional colours of the Belgian Civic Decorations.
