Commander Order of Leopold

The slide for the rank of Commander in the Order of Leopold is a practical and compact way to wear this high Belgian distinction. It is intended for daily or informal use, when the full medal is not worn.

The slide consists of a small horizontal rectangle of purple moiré ribbon, matching the colour of the Commander rank in the Order of Leopold. The sliding system fits directly into a slide holder, which is in turn attached to the clothing.
