Officer Order of the Crown

This decoration represents the rank of Officer in the Belgian Order of the Crown, produced in large model and crafted in metal. The badge consists of an eight-pointed star enamelled in white, edged with a gold-coloured border, with bundles of rays between the arms. At its centre is a blue enamel medallion featuring a gold crown, surrounded by a fine edging.

Above the cross is a green enamel laurel wreath, attached to a bordeaux red moiré ribbon with rosette, indicating the officer’s rank. This large model, richly detailed and finely crafted, is a representative and historically valuable example of the Belgian orders of chivalry.
