Civic Medal Courage and Devotion 2nd class

This miniature of the Civil Medal for Courage and Self-Sacrifice – 2nd Class is a reduced-size version of the Belgian civil decoration awarded for acts of bravery and dedication, often involving assistance to people in dangerous circumstances.

The miniature is produced in metal with a silver-coloured finish, corresponding to the 2nd Class of this decoration. Despite its smaller size, it retains the distinctive star-shaped design with a central medallion.

The miniature is suspended from a moiré ribbon in the official colours of the decoration: red with black stripes edged with fine yellow lines. Its reduced size makes it particularly suitable for formal attire or ceremonial occasions where decorations are worn in miniature form.
