Civic Medal Courage and Devotion 2nd class

This lapel ribbon of the Civic Medal for Courage and Self-Sacrifice – 2nd Class offers a discreet way to wear this Belgian civic decoration on civilian attire.

The ribbon is made from authentic moiré ribbon in the official colours of the decoration: red with black stripes edged with fine yellow lines. At the centre of the ribbon is a silver-coloured miniature of the insignia, indicating the 2nd Class of the medal.

The ribbon is folded into a triangular lapel ribbon and mounted on a metal base that slides through the lapel buttonhole and is secured at the back with a foldable part of the base.
