Civic Cross Courage and Devotion 2nd class

This slide (uniform ribbon bar) represents the Civic Cross for Courage and Devotion – 2nd Class, a Belgian civic decoration awarded for acts of exceptional bravery, often in situations involving the rescue of human lives.

The ribbon is made from authentic moiré ribbon in the distinctive colours of the decoration: red with black stripes edged with fine yellow lines. At the centre is a miniature of the 2nd Class cross, produced in silver-coloured metal with white enamel, clearly indicating the grade.

The slide is mounted on a separate metal base designed to slide onto a ribbon bar holder (uniform holder). The holder with pins and butterfly clutch is not included. This format is intended for uniform wear, allowing decorations to be displayed in a compact and orderly way.
