Decoration Professional Union 2nd class

The Distinction Professional Union, 2nd Class is an official award granted in recognition of active commitment within professional associations, trade unions, and sectoral interest organizations. The distinction takes the form of a silver-coloured enamelled cross with blue arms, encircled by a wreath of green enamelled oak and laurel branches accented with red. At its centre is a silver emblem symbolizing professional associations, surrounded by a red band bearing the inscription “Beroepsvereniging – Union Professionnelle”. The decoration is surmounted by a silver royal crown, underlining its official status.

It is suspended from a moiré ribbon in the Belgian national colours of black, yellow, and red. In contrast to the 1st Class, the ribbon bears no rosette. The distinction is worn on the left breast, attached by the rectangular ribbon.
