Officer Order of Leopold Military

The officer’s cross of the Order of Leopold, military division, large model in solid fine silver (.999). This insignia is worn on a purple moiré ribbon with rosette. The cross is made of solid silver with white enamel arms and features at its centre a black medallion with the Belgian lion and the motto “L’union fait la force – Eendracht maakt macht”. Surrounding the cross is a green enamelled laurel wreath with red accents. Above the cross are two crossed swords, surmounted by a royal crown.

This is the military version, identifiable by the crossed swords. Execution in solid fine silver (.999).
