Commemorative Medal Armed Humanitarian Operations

The ribbon bar of the Commemorative Medal for Armed Humanitarian Operations is a rectangular strip of moiré ribbon in sky blue, vertically crossed at its centre by the Belgian tricolour black, yellow and red.

It is worn on the uniform, attached to a metal holder (not included) that is secured to the fabric with pins and butterfly clasps. The holder allows several ribbon bars to be mounted side by side, ensuring an orderly and regulated display.

The ribbon bar serves as a practical substitute for the full-sized medal during daily or operational service.
