Army Achievement Medal

The Army Achievement Medal (AAM) is an official U.S. Army award, established in 1981. It is presented to military personnel for outstanding achievement or meritorious service in a non-combat role. Although considered one of the lower-tier decorations in the military honors system, the AAM represents a high standard of dedication, professionalism, and duty.
