Description

The DRAGON NOIR bar refers to Operation "Dragon Noir", a military intervention carried out in Congo in 1964 shortly after Operation Dragon Rouge. Attached to the ribbon of the decoration, it commemorates the brave efforts of Belgian forces to protect civilians and restore order in a highly volatile and dangerous environment.
