Slide Knight Order of Merit

This slide (uniform ribbon bar) for a Knight of the Order of Merit of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Ordre de Mérite du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg) is made from authentic moiré ribbon in the official colours of the order: red with narrow white and blue stripes on each side.

The ribbon is carefully cut and symmetrically mounted so that the distinctive colour pattern is clearly displayed when worn on a uniform.

The slide is mounted on a separate metal base that slides onto the ribbon bar holder (uniform holder). The holder with pins and butterfly clutch is not included. Ideal for formal occasions when the decoration is worn on a uniform in a neat and discreet manner.
