Knight Legion of Honour (Légion d'Honneur)

The miniature insignia of the rank of Knight of the Legion of Honour (Ordre national de la Légion d’Honneur) is the smaller version of the official decoration. It is presented with the characteristic red moiré ribbon and consists of a five-armed white enamelled cross with silver-coloured edges, set between green enamelled laurel branches. The central medallion features the profile of Marianne, surrounded by a blue ring bearing the inscription République Française.

This miniature is made of solid sterling silver (.925) and offers a refined, smaller version of the full-size insignia of Knight, the first rank within the Legion of Honour.
