Civic Medal Courage and Devotion 3rd class

This miniature of the Civic Medal for Courage and Self-Sacrifice – 3rd Class is a reduced-size version of the Belgian civic decoration awarded for acts of courage, assistance, and dedication, often in situations involving help to people in danger.

The miniature is made of metal with a bronze-coloured finish, corresponding to the 3rd Class of this medal. The insignia retains the distinctive star-shaped design with a central medallion, ensuring that the decoration remains recognisable even in miniature form.

The miniature is suspended from a moiré ribbon in the official colours of the decoration: red with black stripes edged with fine yellow lines. Its compact size makes it especially suitable for formal attire or ceremonial occasions where decorations are worn in miniature form.
